Don’t be fooled by cheaper labels that use basic A4 sheet printers and call their products “water resistant.” Those are designed to look good at first — not to last.
At Yorkshire Luxe Labels, every label is produced using professional-grade printing technology and premium waterproof vinyl, giving you a smooth, flawless finish that’s built to endure.
That means no peeling corners, no fading ink, and no curled edges — just beautifully clear, durable labels that stay perfect for years.
Each one is crafted with care, precision, and over 15 years of experience, bringing calm, clarity, and quiet luxury to every space you label.

🖤 Label Care
Our labels are made to last — waterproof, durable, and designed to handle everyday life with ease.
The only thing we don’t recommend is putting them in the dishwasher or microwave. While they may survive the occasional accident, the heat can soften the adhesive and affect the flawless finish.
To keep your labels looking their best, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth — and they’ll stay perfect for years to come.

🖤 Delivery Information
Order Processing
Every order is handmade to order with care and precision.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days (Monday–Friday). During busier periods — such as after Bank Holidays or over Christmas — it may take a little longer while we carefully create and pack each order.
Please remember, we’re a small business, and every label is made just for you. We don’t rush our process, because we believe every parcel should arrive beautifully printed, perfectly packed, and worth the wait.
No orders are processed on weekends or Bank Holidays.
UK Delivery
We currently ship within the UK only using Royal Mail’s tracked services:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 — estimated delivery 2–3 working days after your dispatch confirmation

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — estimated delivery 1–2 working days after your dispatch confirmation
For the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Jersey, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, please allow an extra 2 working days.
Delivery times are approximate, and while we’ll always do our best to meet them, delays once a parcel is with Royal Mail are unfortunately out of our control.
If a delivery is delayed, you can raise a claim directly with Royal Mail.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
If you don’t see it, please check your Junk or Spam folder before getting in touch.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we’re no longer able to offer international delivery, including Northern Ireland.
As of January 2025, new EU product safety regulations (GPSR) mean that even though Northern Ireland is part of the UK, it must still follow certain EU rules for product compliance.
For small businesses like ours, the new legal requirements — including appointing an EU-based “Responsible Person” and maintaining detailed compliance documentation for every product — have made it impractical to continue shipping there.
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this causes and hope these rules change in the future so we can serve our Northern Ireland customers again.
At present, we can only ship to addresses within England, Scotland, and Wales.

We want you to love your labels as much as we love creating them.
If something isn’t quite right, or your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us at info@yorkshirelabelco.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to help arrange a refund or replacement.
As each order is custom made to your specifications, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalised labels unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
Please ensure you include your order number and a brief description of the issue when contacting us — we’ll always do our best to make things right quickly and with care.
