If something isn’t quite right, or your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us at info@yorkshirelabelco.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to help arrange a refund or replacement.
As each order is custom made to your specifications, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalised labels unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
Please ensure you include your order number and a brief description of the issue when contacting us — we’ll always do our best to make things right quickly and with care.
