FAQs
🖤 Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Every order is custom made and handled with care from start to finish.
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday), not including weekends or Bank Holidays.
During busy periods — such as after Bank Holidays or Christmas — processing may take a little longer as we carefully create and pack each order.
We’ll always do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality we’re known for.
What delivery options do you offer?
We currently ship within the UK only via Royal Mail Tracked Services:
-
Tracked 48 – estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch
-
Tracked 24 – estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on location and Royal Mail service times.
(For the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Jersey, Isle of Man & Channel Islands, please allow an additional 2 working days.)
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer international delivery, including Northern Ireland.
As of January 2025, new EU product safety regulations (GPSR) introduced extra legal requirements that make international shipping difficult for small UK businesses.
We truly hope these rules change in the future so we can serve Northern Ireland again.
For now, we can only ship to England, Scotland, and Wales.
Can I return my order?
As each label set is custom made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for full details or email info@yorkshirelabelco.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I order labels individually as well as in sets?
Yes! You can order individual custom labels or choose from our curated sets for the best value.
If you’re planning a full home transformation, sets are the most cost-effective option.
How can I measure before buying?
Measure the area where your label will go to ensure a perfect fit.
✨ Tip: Cut a small piece of paper to the same size as your chosen label, place it on your container, and check that it fits neatly without overlapping.
If it fits well, your label will too.
What surfaces can I apply my labels to?
Our labels adhere best to clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces such as:
-
Glass
-
Plastic
-
Metal
They’re ideal for jars, bottles, canisters, and dispenser pumps.
Avoid applying to wood, fabric, or textured surfaces.
How do I apply my labels?
Every order includes simple application instructions so you can get started straight away.
Just clean the surface, peel, and apply — it’s that easy.
Take your time and enjoy the process; there’s something wonderfully satisfying about watching everything come together beautifully.
Why are your labels more expensive than others?
Because they’re not like others.
Don’t be fooled by cheaper labels printed on basic A4 sheets and described as “water resistant.”
Those are made for short-term use — not to last.
At Yorkshire Luxe Labels, every label is produced using professional-grade printing technology and luxury waterproof vinyl — giving a flawless, smudge-free finish that endures for years.
They’re 100% waterproof, not just resistant, and won’t peel, fade, or curl at the edges.
You’re not just buying labels — you’re investing in long-lasting quality that elevates your home.
Because once you’ve tried luxury labels, there’s no going back. 🖤
How should I care for my labels?
Our labels are fully waterproof and made to handle daily life.
The only thing we don’t recommend is putting them in the dishwasher or microwave — while they may survive the odd accident, the heat can soften the adhesive and affect the finish.
Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth to keep them looking perfect.
I still need help — who can I contact?
We’re always happy to help.
Our customer support is available Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

We’ll always aim to reply the same day, but please allow up to 48 hours during busy times.
