Our gloss finish 100% waterproof labels are created using the highest quality printers & vinyl to ensure the print is clear, crisp and smudge free and also that are durable and will withstand everyday use, so you can be sure to use it in a kitchen environment and not worry about any mishaps.
The labels are printed on high quality waterproof vinyl. Although they can withstand water, oil & other spills, they are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.
The labels will adhere to almost any surface that is smooth, flat and clean such as glass or plastic. They do not stick to wood, fabric, uneven or textured surfaces.

While there are lots of similar labels out there to choose from usually cheaper, don't be fooled into thinking these will last, they won't! Words such as "water resistant" is a term used on labels made from paper or polypropylene, after a product comparison test with our labels we found these types of labels will become faulty within a short space of time. The last thing you want is shabby looking labels with the corners peeling after a few weeks, we promise you our labels will last you for years to come.

🖤 LABEL CARE 🖤
You can do pretty much anything with our labels, the only exception is you cannot put these in the dishwasher or the microwave, although i have done this by accident and the label was fine.
However we do not recommend using these in the dishwasher, this is not because the label will disintegrate or fade, it is the heat from the dishwasher which will cause the adhesive glue to melt and may damage the look of your label.

Order Processing Times
We aim to process orders within 48 hours Monday - Friday, however at busy times it can take a little longer to get your order made & dispatched.
Please bear in mind we are a small business, everything is custom made to order and orders may take slightly longer during peak times such as after Bank holidays & Christmas.
No orders are processed on weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery times given are approximate and we take no responsibility to any delays at any point which is out of our control. No refunds are given for shipping costs if not delivered on time however you can pursue a claim with Royal Mail if you wish.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number (if applicable) from Royal Mail. If you have not received this email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - No longer available.
This also includes Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately we can no longer ship to Northern Ireland. The only option from January 2025 is to ship to an address in England, Wales or Scotland.
As of December 2024, new rules came into effect called the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). These are laws made by the EU to make sure products sold to customers are safe.
Although Northern Ireland is part of the UK, it still follows some EU rules when it comes to products. This means any business that wants to sell to Northern Ireland must now follow the same rules as selling to the EU.
This new regulations makes it hard for small UK businesses like ours due to all the extra steps now needed and also the nature of our products. Here are just a few points to try and explain a little bit more.
- More Paperwork – We now need to prepare lots of legal documents and safety files for each product we sell.
- Extra Costs – We must appoint someone based in the EU or Northern Ireland to take legal responsibility for our products (called a “Responsible Person” or “Authorised Representative”).
- Ongoing Requirements – That person must keep all the safety documents, communicate with authorities if there’s a problem, and check that we’re following all the new rules.
- Very Expensive – Hiring someone for this role is very costly, especially for small businesses.
It is extremely frustrating that we have had to stop doing business with Northern Ireland . We hope the rules change or become easier in the future. For now, though, we sadly can’t ship to Northern Ireland.

Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods in order to receive a refund or exchange.
Custom/personalised items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to the nature of this product being specifically made to the customers requirements.
